## Agreement and service

These terms govern use of Startwave, operated by Startwave Technology Inc. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization and authorize its activity. Startwave provides a workspace for campaigns, connected mailboxes, contacts, replies, and usage records. Contact [joe@startwave.io](mailto:joe@startwave.io) with questions.

## Your responsibilities

Keep credentials secure and provide only data and instructions you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your contact sources, message content, processing instructions, and authority to contact recipients. Do not use the service for phishing, fraud, impersonation, credential theft, unlawful harassment, or attempts to bypass provider restrictions. Access to a feature does not establish that a proposed use is lawful or permitted by a mailbox provider.

## Campaign authorization and limits

Starting or changing a campaign authorizes only the reviewed operation and its displayed terms. Availability, authority, inventory, funding, verification, suppression, mailbox health, and transport conditions can prevent or delay execution. Capacity and a provider response do not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, reading, replies, or sales. An unknown outcome requires reconciliation; it is never permission to repeat a paid or sending operation.

## Test-money posture

The current controlled service uses Stripe test mode. Test checkout does not collect real payments, and displayed test credits are not cash or redeemable stored value. Real charges require separately enabled payment configuration and disclosed pricing before use. These terms do not create an undisclosed real-money payment commitment.

## Data and connected services

You retain rights to your content and authorize Startwave to process it to provide requested service. Do not upload information you lack authority to process. Third-party services have their own terms, permissions, and availability limits. Revoking a connection does not reverse completed activity or erase required historical records.

## Assistance, suspension, and stopping

Any reply assistance is a proposal for human review and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for approved replies and recipients. We may restrict service to address abuse, security, provider restrictions, insufficient funding, or operational risk. Pending or uncertain operations and historical conversations may remain after activity stops.

## Availability and changes

This controlled service runs on owner-operated single-host infrastructure without a guaranteed uptime, delivery, or recovery SLA. We may change the service and these terms. Material future pricing changes must be disclosed before new paid commitments. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and contact support about outstanding obligations.
