Common questions

What can I use today?

Search, Enrichment, Lists, Campaigns, Schedule and the shared Inbox are available in the workspace. Agent assistance is a concept preview.

How does pricing work?

Data funds cover data access. A separate subscription provides sending capacity. Review prices and terms in your workspace before you buy.

When does a campaign start?

Saving keeps your draft. Launch separately after reviewing recipients and sending terms. Sending depends on your chosen windows, eligible recipients and available capacity.

Can I pause a campaign?

Yes. Pausing stops new work. Emails already submitted cannot be recalled. You can also keep editing a draft until you are ready to launch.

Where do replies go?

Replies appear in the shared Inbox with the conversation and available attachments. Read, assign, archive or reply there.
